A curated collection of the things we grew up with.

For both the generation that burned CDs and shook polaroids, and the one who wants to slow down and live more in the moment.

Ok, let us be honest here: do you still shake a Polaroid even though you know it doesn’t actually do anything? Do you miss that feeling of just shutting down you flip phone to end a call?

Yeah, me too.

That's kind of how this started. I'd find myself craving for some slow, unpolished, more raw tech. The kind that we used to have. The kind that made us enjoy more the moment, be patient, and embrace imperfection. That got me thinking. Can I go back in time and just save my old MP3 and VHS player, my Tamagotchi, and all the great tech that we used to have? Or do people still make this stuff? Turns out, yes. A lot of it. And it's really good.

So that's what The Rewind Edit is: the good stuff I've actually found and fallen a little in love with. Some of it's survived the passage of time and became an intemporal item for all generations. Some of it's brand new but built by people who clearly get it. None of it's here because it's trending. It's here because I saw it and immediately wanted it for myself.

If any of this is hitting a little too close to home, welcome. You're exactly who I made this for.

The edit, side B

You know that feeling of huddling around one tiny screen with three other people, all fighting over whose turn it was next? Or handing your Discman to a friend on the bus, one earbud each? That's the feeling I built this whole thing around. Not just the objects, but who you were with when you used them. Four sections, one feeling: 'wait, I used to love that.'
